We're supporting a leading EPC client delivering major engineering projects across the Norwegian Continental Shelf. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team, leading complex projects from concept through to execution while contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable energy operations.

 

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Task Lead to manage and deliver multidisciplinary engineering projects through both the study and execution phases. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders, you'll drive project performance, manage risks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives that reduce CO? emissions. You'll also mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and ensure all work is carried out in line with the client's project execution model.

 

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years' experience in project management or project leadership within the energy industry.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects through both study and execution phases.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian legislation, industry standards, and project delivery practices.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver value.
  • Experience working with Equinor engineering systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
