About the company

We are representing a major international energy operator delivering large-scale offshore energy projects. The organisation develops deep and shallow water assets with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, emissions reduction, and technical excellence across the full project lifecycle.

About the role

You will manage all SURF installation activities and support the Package Manager across installation engineering, planning, and execution. This includes developing installation plans and schedules, reviewing contractor deliverables, managing offshore operations across multiple vessels, and ensuring safe, cost-effective delivery.

The role also involves coordinating interfaces across drilling, FPSO, and subsea teams, as well as supervising offshore representatives and supporting installation and commissioning activities.

About you

You have a Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) and at least 15 years’ experience in offshore SURF installation and execution projects. You are confident managing complex offshore operations, contractors, and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Strong leadership, autonomy, and a proactive approach are essential, along with excellent understanding of HSE, cost, and schedule drivers. Fluent English is required.
