About the Company

We are supporting a leading international energy client on a major offshore deepwater development project in Suriname. The project involves the delivery of subsea production systems and complex offshore operations within a high-performance, safety-focused environment.

About the Role

The Subsea Completion Senior Supervisor will oversee offshore completion and subsea operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution while minimizing Non-Productive Time (NPT).

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising completion and subsea activities including tubing running, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, well testing, stimulation, and subsea installations.
• Coordinating offshore contractors and service companies.
• Supporting equipment integration, testing, and mobilization activities.
• Driving operational efficiency, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing technical support and reporting to both offshore and onshore leadership teams.

About You

• 10+ years' senior subsea and completion experience on ultra-deepwater projects.
• 5+ years' experience with Vertical Christmas Tree (XT) systems.
• Valid OPITO BOSIET and IWCF Subsea Level 4 certifications.
• Technical qualification or engineering degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English; French is advantageous.
