About the Role
Under the responsibility of the Head of Completion, the service provider will hold Subsea Interface responsibilities contributing to reviewing and commenting on all procedures related to TFMC for Drilling operations ( WH systems, XT/PGB installations, TH setting); preparing with TFMC guidelines and be the focal point for Drilling department in Singapore TFMC engineering center to prepare and follow EFAT and SITs HSE and Compliance:
HSE & Sustainability:

  • Check and implement H3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) rules and requirements of Drilling department on SPS package
  • Maintain a permanent focus on Major Risks on drilling and completion operations when reviewing SPS procedures and equipments provided.
  • Be an HSE leader and ensure full application of the Client’s HSEQ MAESTRO, 12 golden rules, company rules, policies, and procedures in rig operations.
  • Ensure follow-up and regular distribution of the Interface SPS Actions List.

Project Coordination:

  •  Validate the interface and suitability of GranMorgu SPS contrator’s proposed Wellhead Running Tools and Completion equipment Running Tools.
  • Define, in coordination with the CPY Block 58 Drilling Team, all engineering and testing (including fit-up, stack-up, and integration testing) of GranMorgu SPS equipment with Drilling and Completion equipment.
  • Identify additional items such as Xovers, Adaptors, etc.require for the running of SPS equipments
  • Interface with the B58 drilling and completion strategy and relevant systems (e.g., Rigs/BOP Type/SSTT/Intervention system) to address all features with Block 58 SPS standard systems.
  • Participate in and coordinate the redaction of the Rig books to cover all SPS-related equipment operations.
  • Oversee all activities related specifically to Shallow Water Well Construction, Completion, and Intervention, including Wellhead Running, Tubing Hanger Mode, Tree Installation by wire, and Intervention Mode with SemiSub Drilling and Shallow Water Drilling Technology.
  • Ensure all engineering interfaces with other concerned disciplines or packages are managed.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the integration of SPS and completion with the rigs and prepare site integration tests.
  • Develop XT installation philosophy to optimize Rig time.
  • Identify gaps between ROVs Tools requirement and RIG/FSV ROV capacity.
  • Prepare and lead the rig survey for the installation of SPS equipment.
  • Review rig equipment list and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Review and sign off on all SPS operational procedures and sequences
  • Support Technological Risk Assessment preparation


About You
You bring a strong technical background and extensive offshore experience, with a minimum of 10 years working across subsea and drilling operations, including at least three years in a Subsea Supervisor role or an equivalent leadership position. You have around five years’ experience performing in a comparable role, demonstrating your ability to take ownership of complex operations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
You are a multi-discipline engineer by training, comfortable working across interfaces and technical domains in demanding project environments. Fluency in English is essential for this role, while French language capability would be considered an advantage.
You combine operational credibility with sound judgment, a safety-first mindset, and the communication skills needed to perform effectively in high-pressure offshore settings.
