About the Role
In this role your will be responsible for assigned discipline deliverables, such as
Develop and quality checking of process system design valuation/dimensioning of process equipment, specially within compressor and heavy rotating equipment.
Develop and quality checking of process system deliverables such as P&ID, PFD/UFD, process datasheets, line sizing and line list, calculation and calculation reports, process and system documentation.
Prepare and actively participate in HAZOP, process design reviews and other relevant safety review
Evaluate process simulations as required, simulation skills is beneficial but not a requirement
About You
A motivated engineering professional with relevant education at BSc/MSc level in science or engineering, with experience in offshore maintenance and modification projects, particularly on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Possesses strong technical knowledge of industry standards and regulations used in the Norwegian oil and gas sector. Experienced in maintenance and modification work, with specific exposure to compressor systems and offshore process equipment. Demonstrates solid capability in performing engineering study work, supporting project development, technical evaluations, and operational improvements. Holds detailed knowledge of NORSOK P-002, with good overall understanding of NORSOK and familiarity with NORSOK S-001 and NORSOK Z-001. Also knowledgeable in relevant Norwegian regulations and international standards such as American Petroleum Institute, International Organization for Standardization, and American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Skilled in the use of engineering tools including TIME, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in demanding offshore environments.
