About You
You are an experienced expediting and project supply chain leader with a strong background supporting large-scale EPC, LNG, energy, chemicals, or industrial capital projects. You have led expediting activities across the full procurement and delivery lifecycle, from purchase order issuance through supplier manufacturing, documentation, inspection, logistics coordination, and final delivery.
You bring a strong understanding of supplier production cycles, critical path equipment, long-lead materials, manufacturing milestones, and schedule recovery. You can identify delivery risks early, develop corrective action plans, and hold suppliers accountable while maintaining productive commercial relationships.
You have experience leading expediting professionals, establishing project-specific expediting plans, and working across procurement, engineering, quality, logistics, construction, and project controls. You are also comfortable presenting supplier performance concerns, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership, clients, and executive stakeholders.

About the Role
This Houston-based Senior Manager, Expediting position will lead the strategy and execution of expediting activities across complex energy and industrial projects, including support for a major LNG development.
You will oversee the delivery of critical equipment, materials, and third-party services from purchase order award through manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and final delivery. The role will establish expediting plans, identify critical path materials, monitor supplier production, manage escalation and recovery strategies, and ensure delivery priorities remain aligned with engineering, construction, and overall project milestones.
You will also develop expediting governance, supplier performance standards, reporting tools, and best practices that improve consistency, forecasting, and delivery visibility. This position requires a strategic leader who can manage teams, influence global suppliers, and provide senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven insight into project delivery risk.
