About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator – Nuclear to support a growing portfolio of large-scale nuclear EPC projects. This role is a critical contributor to the development of complex, high-value estimates and plays an important part in shaping bid strategy for upcoming work. The Senior Estimator will work closely with engineering, construction, and project leadership teams to develop accurate and competitive estimates from early planning through final submission. This position is well suited for an experienced estimator who understands the rigor, risk, and regulatory environment associated with nuclear projects and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume estimating environment.
About You
You are an experienced estimator with a strong background supporting nuclear EPC projects and have been directly involved in developing large, complex estimates. You understand how scope definition, risk, schedule, and commercial considerations intersect in nuclear work and are comfortable contributing beyond take-offs, including estimate reviews and bid strategy discussions. You bring a collaborative mindset and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, while maintaining a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail. You thrive in environments where multiple estimates may be progressing simultaneously and are confident working on high-visibility pursuits. You have five to ten or more years of estimating experience, ideally within nuclear or similarly regulated industrial projects
