Applica are proud to be partnering with a leading Major Energy Operator for a new offshore Capsian capex development. This role will start during FEED phase at the EPC offices and through to project completion.

About the Role
As the Project QA/QC Manager, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for both offshore and onshore scopes of the Project. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, developing project-specific QA/QC plans, and leading pre-qualification and evaluation of EPC and LLI contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC efforts across the project lifecycle, covering offshore and onshore scopes.
• Develop and manage QA/QC documentation for CFTs (Call for Tenders) and contractor evaluations.
• Ensure alignment with project and company standards, including legal and contractual requirements.
• Maintain updated project criticality assessments, vendor lists, and QA/QC exhibits for EPC and LLI contracts.
• Facilitate effective communication with project packages to support QA/QC alignment.
• Raise awareness among project personnel on QA/QC standards and objectives.

About You
You are a seasoned QA/QC professional with over 15 years of experience, especially within major energy projects. You bring deep expertise in QA/QC, contract management, and contractor evaluations, with a proactive approach to quality and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years in project-based QA/QC roles.
• Proven expertise in tendering, contract management, and offshore/onshore project execution.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
