About You
You are an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in IT sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. You understand how to support complex technology needs across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, hardware, IT consulting, and managed services.
You are comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and Operations, and can help align procurement decisions with business goals, budget requirements, and technology roadmaps. You have experience running RFP/RFI processes, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and managing vendor relationships to drive cost savings, reduce risk, and improve overall value.
The ideal candidate will have experience with MSAs, SOWs, software licensing agreements, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, and procurement systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or similar platforms. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple procurement priorities in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role
The IT Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing procurement activities across key IT categories, including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, IT consulting, and managed services.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers, software vendors, and service providers while ensuring the business receives the best overall value. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage RFP/RFI processes, evaluate bids, support contract negotiations, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activity aligns with business needs, IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and budget goals.
This position will also support day-to-day IT procurement operations, including bid tab creation, purchase order and proposal tracking, supplier onboarding, contract documentation, pricing updates, reporting, and supplier performance management. You will utilize SAP and other procurement systems to maintain accurate supplier, agreement, and purchasing data.
The right person for this role will bring a strategic sourcing mindset, strong vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to partner across IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and long-term value across the organization’s technology spend.
