About You
You are an experienced Installation Planner with a strong background in installation, construction, or project execution planning within complex engineering environments. You have a proven ability to develop and manage detailed schedules, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure project activities remain aligned with key milestones and delivery objectives.
You are comfortable working closely with project teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders, providing visibility of project progress while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess schedule performance, understand critical path impacts, and develop practical recovery strategies when required.
You thrive in fast-paced project environments and bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a focus on driving successful project outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking an Installation Planner to support the successful planning and execution of major project installation activities.
Working closely with installation and methodology teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining installation schedules while ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. You will monitor progress across both offshore and onshore activities, providing accurate reporting and analysis to support project decision-making.
The role will involve coordinating planning activities across multiple stakeholders, maintaining consistency between contractor schedules and the overall project plan, and ensuring that key milestones remain achievable. You will also be responsible for analysing schedule performance, monitoring critical paths, identifying potential delays, and supporting the development of recovery plans where required.
This is a highly visible position that will play a key role in driving project performance through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
