About the Project
The role involves working on projects spanning hydrogen, industrial decarbonisation, and carbon capture and storage. Projects range from strategic advisory and feasibility studies to concept, FEED, and detailed engineering design. The work will support energy transition initiatives across multiple sectors, helping clients implement hydrogen and low-carbon solutions.

About the Role
The Hydrogen Specialist will:

• Lead advisory and design services for hydrogen projects across multiple sectors.
• Support projects at all stages: due diligence, long-term agreements, owners engineering, feasibility, concept, FEED, and detailed design.
• Develop hydrogen and decarbonisation solutions, including demand/supply modelling, funding applications, and client roadmaps.
• Prepare technical reports, process engineering deliverables, calculations, specifications, datasheets, drawings, and simulations.
• Contribute to feasibility and advisory studies on hydrogen, heating, and decarbonisation.
• Work closely with clients to ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Represent the company externally via presentations, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to continuous professional development.
• Participate in proposal and bid development, including funding applications.

Experience & Requirements

• Degree in engineering or relevant science discipline.
• Chartered status or significant progress toward professional qualification.
• Experience in the hydrogen sector: infrastructure, heat, production, and industrial decarbonisation.
• Strong IT skills; ability to use bespoke engineering and project management tools.
• Project engineering or management experience.
