About You
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR project professional with experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, energy, logistics, or another operational environment. They should be confident managing multiple workstreams, partnering with HRBPs and site leadership, analyzing workforce trends, and turning complex HR needs into practical solutions. Strong experience with process improvement, stakeholder management, HR reporting, onboarding, retention initiatives, and tools such as SharePoint and Excel will be highly valuable. This role will suit someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with changing priorities, and capable of driving projects through completion.
About the Role
The HR Project Manager will support a range of People & Culture initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This person will bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to projects involving HR operations, organizational transformation, job architecture, leadership development, employee onboarding, attrition reduction, and workforce data. They will manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while developing standardized processes, dashboards, SharePoint tools, templates, and documentation for HR and operational leaders.
