About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, capable of interpreting complex financial information and translating it into meaningful business insight. You possess a solid understanding of company valuations, investment appraisal techniques, corporate finance principles and key accounting standards. With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you are comfortable presenting financial information to senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across multiple teams. You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and projects simultaneously, and ideally bring experience within the energy or infrastructure sector. A degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a central role within the Finance team, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis and valuation activities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining forecasting, budgeting and valuation models used by Senior Management, the Board and Shareholders. The role will involve evaluating the financial impact of key business scenarios, supporting the development of business plans and delivering insightful reporting and variance analysis.

You will also contribute to corporate finance activities by supporting valuations, economic assessments and due diligence processes for new business opportunities, investments and strategic initiatives. In addition, you will assist with treasury-related activities including cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, covenant compliance and debt administration. Working closely with the Commercial Team and other internal and external stakeholders, you will provide financial support across a broad range of business-critical projects and initiatives.
