About You

You are an experienced Cost Engineer, Estimator, or Project Controls professional with a strong understanding of project cost management within engineering, construction, or industrial project environments. You are comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, reporting, and commercial processes, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information to support project decision-making.

You possess strong analytical skills and are confident interpreting cost data, identifying trends, and performing variance analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively with both project teams and clients allows you to present financial information clearly and support the successful delivery of complex projects.

You are organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with experience supporting project controls activities across the full project lifecycle.


About the Role

We are seeking a Estimating & Measurement Advisor to support project delivery through effective estimating, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

Working within a project environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting project costs, maintaining forecasts and budgets, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of project performance. You will play a key role in establishing target costs, evaluating estimates, analysing variances, and supporting project close-out activities.

The position will involve regular interaction with project teams and clients, providing accurate reporting and supporting commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will also assist with change management processes, risk assessment activities, and the ongoing monitoring of project financial performance.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex engineering projects while working closely with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
