You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in document control and project administration, ideally gained within large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical project environments. You are confident managing high volumes of documentation while maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistency, even within fast-paced and evolving project settings.

You bring at least two years of experience in document management and have a solid understanding of document control principles, procedures, and best practices. Experience working within larger project organisations and using EDMS or CDE platforms such as Aconex will be highly beneficial. You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under pressure. Most importantly, you enjoy working collaboratively within dynamic project environments and are motivated by creating structure, quality, and efficiency.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include maintaining document registers and databases, managing document workflows, ensuring accurate version control, and coordinating the submission, review, and approval of documents across multiple stakeholders.

You will support the development and implementation of project-specific document control procedures while ensuring that both technical and non-technical documentation is properly stored, archived, and easily accessible. The role will also involve assisting with reporting, audits, and status updates related to document management, as well as acting as a key point of contact for document-related queries within the project.

As part of the wider project team, you will participate in cross-functional meetings including Town Halls, digitalisation forums, and internal work package meetings, contributing to the overall efficiency and collaboration of the project environment.
