About the Project

You’re a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong grasp of project cost control processes. You bring hands-on experience working within major EPC or oil & gas organizations, and you’re skilled in using EcoSys, SAP, and Power BI to track, report, and forecast costs. You’re comfortable collaborating across functions, from project management to finance, and you have the communication skills to clearly present data and insights to all levels of stakeholders. Professional certifications such as AACE CCP, PMP, or similar are highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Cost Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting cost management and financial performance across complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining project structures within SAP and EcoSys to ensure accurate financial tracking.

  • Developing networks and activities to facilitate and support the requisition process.

  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers to establish, input, and manage initial project budgets.

  • Reviewing and validating invoices and purchase orders for compliance with cost coding and budget allocations.

  • Managing monthly accruals and commitments to maintain an accurate financial picture of project health.

  • Resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment processing and vendor management.

  • Facilitating asset registration and assisting with comprehensive reporting requirements.

  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensuring data integrity within cost management tools to provide reliable insights for decision-making.
