About You

You are an experienced commercial and contracts professional with a strong background in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects. With around 15 years of experience in contract and controls management and at least 10 years in a professional engineering or quantity surveying environment, you bring deep expertise in Call for Tender processes, EPC and FEED contracts, and complex contractual frameworks. You are confident working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment and communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, with working knowledge of French considered an advantage. You demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE requirements and actively promote and implement HSSE rules within your area of responsibility. A strong understanding of established contractual procedures and industry best practices is essential to succeed in this role.

About the Role

As part of a major renewable energy development team, you will lead and manage all commercial and contractual activities related to the development, tendering, administration and execution of contracts, including studies, FEED, CCFT and EPC contracts. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and administering all contractual documentation, managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, and proactively supporting the Project Manager during execution. Your role will include leading Call for Tender processes for FEED, offshore and onshore EPC works, jetty and access roads, as well as the supply of PV modules and Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will coordinate contractual correspondence, manage change orders and claims, participate in dispute resolution alongside legal, insurance and finance specialists, and contribute to claim defence strategies. You will also support contractor compliance, attend regular project meetings, participate in supplier and contractor evaluations, and contribute to contractual governance frameworks and future contract award decisions, while ensuring full compliance with HSSE requirements.

About the Company

The organisation is delivering a landmark cross-border renewable energy development with the objective of supplying 1 GWac of green electricity in compliance with regulatory requirements. The development involves a 7.3 GWp photovoltaic facility coupled with an indicative 14.21 GWh Battery Energy Storage System to ensure a reliable and continuous energy supply, targeting a quarterly power load factor of 75%. The facility will be located on Rangsang Island in Indonesia and will cover approximately 6,100 hectares, representing a significant step forward in large-scale renewable energy infrastructure in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior contractual leadership role on a large-scale, high-impact renewable energy development with strong international exposure. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will run for an initial duration of 12 months. The position is residential, initially based in Paris with frequent missions to Singapore, followed by relocation to Singapore from 2027. You will work closely with international partners and stakeholders and play a key role in the successful delivery of a flagship renewable energy project.
