About You
You’re a detail-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-moving Commercial environments. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a natural curiosity for how data flows through systems, and a mindset that prioritizes accuracy and accountability. You’re comfortable working across functions and building relationships with schedulers, traders, billing teams, and analysts. You take initiative, stay organized, and communicate clearly – even when navigating complex volume, inventory, or reconciliation issues. Whether you’re digging into SAP S4, validating entries, or supporting audit requests, you enjoy being the go-to resource for operational clarity and dependable execution.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support monthly close activities by recording actual results, booking accruals, and ensuring the accuracy of Commercial accounting transactions. You’ll be a key partner to schedulers, traders, billing teams, and various analyst groups as you actualize product movements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across SAP S4 and related systems. Your work will touch the entire deal-to-dollar life cycle – from purchases and sales to custody transfer documentation and inventory reconciliation. You’ll also monitor SLAs with offshore teams, support audits, contribute to team projects, and help drive consistent and efficient processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and working at the intersection of Commercial operations and accounting.
