Working collaboratively, Applica supported the definition and refinement of role scopes and position descriptions across a range of critical functions, including Commissioning Leads, PTW (permit to work) Advisors and Leads, LOTO Coordinators, Vendor and Logistics Coordinators, and HSE Advisors.

Accurate market benchmarking and rate control avoided premium emergency hiring, delivering an estimated 10-15% cost avoidance versus alternative short-notice sourcing approaches.
