About the Client
The client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, their modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
About the Role
This position supports a major LNG construction project by serving as a key member of the Owner’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental team. As the HSSE Advisor for Case Management, you’ll oversee the complete lifecycle of incident and case reporting – from injuries and illnesses to near misses – ensuring timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You’ll coordinate closely with contractors, medical providers, and internal HSSE leadership to manage investigations, track corrective actions, and maintain high-quality data within the company’s case management system. Your work will directly contribute to safer operations, continuous improvement, and strong alignment with federal, state, and corporate HSSE standards.
About You
You’re a seasoned HSSE professional with at least five years of experience supporting large industrial or construction projects, and you thrive in environments where accuracy, communication, and regulatory rigor matter. You bring a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigation practices, and workers’ compensation processes. You excel at managing multiple stakeholders – from contractors to occupational health providers, and you’re comfortable navigating HSSE reporting systems and turning data into actionable insights. You take ownership of your work, stay calm under pressure, and are committed to making continuous improvement across safety performance and case management processes.
