About the Role:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the dispatch of various services, such as vacuum trucks, hot shot trucking, pump trucks, and kill trucks, to support operations in the Permian region. This role includes proactive planning, forecasting, and generating analytical reports. The coordinator will manage and track vacuum truck services for Flowback, Tank Batteries, and Service Work, as well as trucking services like kill trucks, pump trucks, and hot shots. Additionally, the role involves coordinating surface rental equipment, including light towers and portable restrooms, ensuring seamless field logistics support.

About You: 
2-5 years of experience in oil & gas logistics, covering completions, workover, drilling, and production. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). TMS experience required. Water hauling dispatch experience is a plus. Strong communication skills. Role is 75% computer-based, so tech-savviness is essential.

What’s on offer?
This role has a rotating schedule- some hitches of days and some of nights.
It is a 7/7 schedule from Thursday to Wednesday.
