About the Role
The Director of Project Procurement will lead procurement and supply chain activities for significant capital development in Louisiana. This senior position will support a complex, long-term project environment and help establish the procurement structure required as the scope continues to develop.
You will oversee procurement planning, supplier management, expediting, and logistics while ensuring that supply chain priorities remain aligned with engineering and construction schedules. Responsibilities will include developing procurement processes, expanding the supplier network, managing commercial and delivery risks, and supporting the successful execution of major equipment and service packages.
This is an opportunity to shape the procurement approach for a high-profile capital investment while working closely with cross-functional project leadership throughout its development and execution.
About You
You are an experienced procurement and supply chain leader with a background supporting large-scale EPC projects within industrial, energy, chemicals, or manufacturing environments. You understand how procurement, supplier management, expediting, and logistics work together to support engineering, construction, and overall project delivery.
You have managed broad project procurement scopes, developed sourcing strategies, strengthened supplier relationships, and introduced processes within complex and evolving project environments. You are comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and collaborating with engineering, construction, project controls, and senior leadership. You are based in Louisiana or open to relocating for the right opportunity.
