About You
As a Senior Project EPC Contract Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading contract engineering, tendering, negotiation, administration and claims management activities across complex, high-value EPC projects. Working closely with project, procurement and legal teams, you’ll provide expert contractual guidance, ensure governance and support effective delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role
- Lead contract engineering, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and administration for complex EPC projects.
- Develop and manage CFT packages, contract terms, evaluations, clarifications, and award recommendations.
- Support project execution with contract reviews, claims prevention, dispute resolution, and notices.
- Serve as senior contract lead, ensuring governance, approvals, processes, and best practice.
- Work with project, procurement, legal, technical, and commercial teams on key contractual decisions.
- Support claims, counterclaims, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across international projects.
