About You

You are an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in operational procurement, supply chain coordination, and inventory management within the energy, offshore, logistics, or industrial sectors. You have a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and are confident supporting operational teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently and in line with business requirements.

You are highly organised and proactive, with experience working in ERP systems such as SAP and a strong appreciation of procurement governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve procurement performance and operational efficiency.

Your collaborative approach, analytical mindset, and attention to detail allow you to deliver high-quality procurement support while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry best practices.


About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide operational procurement support across a range of business functions, ensuring the efficient execution of purchasing activities, inventory management, and procurement processes.

In this role, you will support the full procurement lifecycle, including the preparation of purchase orders, administration of low-complexity contracts, supplier coordination, and the timely delivery of goods and services required to support ongoing operations. You will also play a key role in inventory management, monitoring stock levels, analysing consumption trends, and supporting materials planning to ensure operational readiness.

Alongside day-to-day procurement activities, you will act as a key point of contact for SAP procurement and materials management, supporting users, maintaining data quality, assisting with system improvements, and promoting the effective use of procurement processes. You will contribute to procurement governance by supporting compliance activities, maintaining audit trails, monitoring procurement performance, and identifying opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Working closely with operational departments, suppliers, logistics teams, and corporate stakeholders, you will help ensure procurement activities are delivered efficiently while supporting business objectives and operational performance.
