About You
You are an experienced Jetty Supervisor, Marine Coordinator, or Logistics professional with a strong background supporting offshore oil and gas operations. You have practical experience managing quay, jetty, or wharf activities within busy logistics bases and are confident coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
You possess a solid understanding of lifting operations, cargo handling, warehousing, pipe yard management, and marine logistics. You are comfortable working closely with vessel operators, contractors, logistics providers, and operational teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, planning, and operational efficiency.
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to make informed decisions in a dynamic operational environment. Experience using SAP Materials Management (MM), logistics software, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable, while additional language skills such as French or Dutch would be advantageous.
About the Role
We are seeking a Jetty Supervisor to support offshore logistics operations within a major oil and gas development project.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of quay, jetty, and wharf activities, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels, equipment, and materials in support of drilling, production, and exploration programmes. Acting as the central point of contact for jetty operations, you will coordinate with marine teams, logistics providers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure operations are delivered safely and in accordance with project schedules.
You will also work closely with lifting operations personnel to support competency management, monitor operational readiness, and ensure appropriate resources are available to meet project demands. The role will involve coordinating multiple contractors operating across the logistics base, supporting vessel activities, and maintaining effective communication between all parties involved in offshore logistics operations.
