About You
You are an experienced SAP professional with strong functional knowledge across Finance, Procurement and business support processes within complex operational environments. You possess excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide both technical and functional support to business users and leadership teams. You are comfortable working across SAP environments, managing system authorisations, governance controls and compliance processes while coordinating with global teams on upgrades, testing and system improvements. Organised, proactive and collaborative in your approach, you are also confident supporting user training and knowledge transfer initiatives, including mentoring local resources for long-term capability development.
About the Role
As SAP Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving SAP operations within a growing international energy business transitioning from development to production activities. The role will involve providing functional support across SAP modules covering Finance, Contract & Procurement and future business processes, including upcoming maintenance and inspection functionalities.
You will work closely with SAP Leads, Key Users and HQ teams to support system enhancements, manage upgrades and coordinate testing activities while ensuring alignment with business requirements and global IT architecture standards. The position will also involve monitoring support tickets, troubleshooting functional issues and ensuring successful implementation of new functionalities into production environments.
Alongside operational support responsibilities, you will oversee SAP authorisation management activities including user creation, role maintenance, segregation of duties compliance and governance controls. You will be responsible for SOX IT affiliate controls, mitigation plans and the production of regular GRC and KPI reporting to headquarters. The role will also include supporting end-user training initiatives and developing a local national resource into a long-term SAP coordination position.
