About the role
You will support day-to-day customer service operations by acting as a primary point of contact for customer accounts, products, and services. This includes generating customer quotes, processing orders and order changes, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to support order fulfillment, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate information within company systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment while managing multiple priorities and customer needs.
About you
You have previous customer service or customer support experience within the Chemicals or Oil & Gas industries and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service in an industrial or manufacturing environment. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience working within ERP systems is preferred, particularly SAP or Oracle. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential for success in this role.
