Job Title: Site Coordinator – Nimrod
Location: Stockholm
Employment: 6-month renewable

About the Company
Our client is one of Sweden’s leading energy companies and a key player in the transition toward a sustainable and climate-neutral energy system. Through large-scale industrial initiatives such as its BECCS program, the company is driving innovation in carbon capture and energy efficiency while securing reliable energy supply for the Stockholm region.
You will join a professional, cross-functional project organization working on technically advanced and socially important infrastructure. The client offers an environment where safety, quality and collaboration are central, and where your contribution will directly influence the successful delivery of one of the region’s most significant industrial projects.

About the Role
As Site Coordinator – Nimrod within the client’s BECCS program, you will take a leading role in coordinating and delivering complex plant modifications at the Nimrod site as part of Work Package 2. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are executed safely, according to technical requirements, on schedule and within the agreed scope.
Reporting functionally to the Site Coordination Lead and operationally to Work Package Owner #2, you will act as the primary on-site interface for contractors, subcontractors and internal functions, particularly within foundation works, concrete structures and equipment installations. The role requires strong leadership presence, technical problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to risk and change management.
You will participate actively in daily construction coordination meetings and monthly Town Halls, collaborating closely with other site coordinators and project functions to ensure effective interfaces across the project. This is a full-time assignment starting as soon as possible, running from March to August 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About You
You are a senior site coordination professional with extensive experience delivering industrial or infrastructure projects in active plant environments. With at least seven years of site coordination experience, you bring strong capability in managing contractors, overseeing installation works and maintaining high standards for safety, quality and schedule compliance.
You have documented experience with FG condensate treatment systems and heat pump technology, along with a solid technical understanding of plant modifications and construction methodologies. Highly organized and communicative, you are comfortable handling multiple parallel activities in complex site conditions and are confident escalating issues and supporting decision-making around changes and variations.
You are solution-oriented, decisive and proactive in managing risks and resolving problems, with strong integrity and a consistent focus on safe and efficient delivery. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is an advantage, though extensive project experience may substitute for formal education. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
You thrive in time-pressured site environments and are motivated by contributing to safe, high-quality and successful project outcomes.
