About the Client
Our client is a global chemical manufacturer with operations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, serving a wide range of markets including industrial, consumer, automotive, construction, and packaging. It is known for strong technical expertise, operational excellence, and commitment to high-quality manufacturing standards. About the Role
This position operates within a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experience through accurate order processing, proactive communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will own the full order lifecycle – from purchase order receipt through final delivery – serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
The role works closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and credit to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. Responsibilities include managing open orders, aligning customer purchase order details with system requirements, sending shipping documentation, and proactively addressing any delivery or product issues.
You will also coordinate customer inquiries, track and manage non-conformances or complaints, and ensure all activities align with internal quality, legal, and business management processes. Success in this role comes from strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact the customer.
About You
You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience within a customer service, order management, or account coordination function – ideally within the Chemical or Oil & Gas industry. You are comfortable managing high-volume orders and thrive in environments where speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are equally important.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems, including ERP platforms such as SAP. You possess strong communication skills and build trust quickly with both customers and internal stakeholders.
You demonstrate a sense of urgency, accountability, and adaptability, and you are motivated to resolve complex issues while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach. Above all, you take ownership of your accounts and are committed to delivering a consistently high level of service.
