About the Role
As Site Coordinator – Shift within the BECCS program, you will play a critical role in delivering complex plant modifications their Campus site in Stockholm. Working in shifts and in close collaboration with the Site Coordination Lead, Work Package Owner and site organization, you will ensure that construction and installation activities within Work Package 1 are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central coordination point for foundation works, concrete structures and equipment installations, maintaining clear communication between contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role combines strong on-site leadership with technical problem-solving, progress follow-up and risk management, and includes active participation in daily coordination meetings as well as regular project reporting.
About You
You are an experienced site professional who thrives in complex industrial environments and is comfortable taking responsibility in fast-paced, operational roles. With at least seven years of experience in coordinating construction or plant modification works, you bring strong knowledge of contractor management, installation methodology and safety-critical operations. You have documented experience working with FG condensate treatment systems and heat pump technology, and a solid technical understanding of industrial facilities and modification projects. Highly organized and communicative, you are used to managing multiple parallel activities while maintaining control of schedule, scope and quality. You are proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, confident in escalating deviations when required, and known for your solution-oriented mindset and structured way of working. Safety and quality are always your top priorities. Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field, although extensive relevant experience may replace formal education. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
