About the Role
The Drilling Fluids & Cement Superintendent provides senior technical oversight and operational support for drilling fluids, cementing, and waste management activities on a major deepwater subsea development. The role supports both the project preparation and execution phases, contributing to the definition of technical and contractual strategies, supervising offshore operations, and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Company standards.
You will act as the Company’s technical authority for fluids and cement, working closely with drilling teams, logistics, rig contractors, and service providers to support smooth execution of drilling and completion operations. The position also contributes to performance improvement, cost control, and the introduction of innovative and sustainable technical solutions.
About You
You are a highly experienced drilling professional with a strong background in drilling fluids and cement operations on offshore projects. You bring a pragmatic, safety-focused approach and are comfortable working across multiple interfaces in complex project environments. Extensive experience in deepwater developments is essential, along with proven capability at Superintendent level. An engineering background is preferred. Fluency in English is required. and valid offshore survival and well control certifications are expected.
