About the Role
Our client is strengthening its project organization and is looking for a skilled Quality Advisor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the project team, ensuring that quality assurance activities are planned, implemented, and followed up in line with company and client requirements.
What to expect as a Quality Advisor:
- Serve as a member of the Project Team providing professional support and advice on QA matters
- Establish, implement, and follow up project QA plan(s)
- Lead and plan project related audits and verifications
- Train and familiarize project organization in QA processes
- Support the risk management process
- Control and direct the Quality Control and Inspection function and resources to ensure OI and client specifications are met.
- Coordinate third party QC inspection resources in conjunction with the Package Engineer
- Be a driving force for continual improvement of processes
- Facilitate root cause analysis for nonconformance's and ensure corrective actions are effectively planned and implemented
- Perform analysis of QA performance and communicate internally and externally
- Evaluate HSEQ input in tenders and follow up subcontractors’ performance accordingly
About You
Quality professional with a strong track record of supporting projects through effective HSEQ practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Brings several years of experience in quality management roles, with the ability to balance demanding workloads while consistently meeting deadlines.
Highly organized and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and follow-through on HSEQ matters. Known as a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across disciplines and contribute positively to project performance.
