About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Process Specialist Engineer to strengthen our process discipline and contribute to high-quality project deliveries. In this role, you will combine technical leadership with close collaboration across disciplines, clients, and partners. You will play a key role from early project phases through execution, ensuring robust solutions and reliable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Process scope in early phase and execution phase
  • Secure quality, progress, and cost in line with targets and contract
  • Identify risks and opportunities and implement effective actions
  • Develop client and partner relations and convert into work

About You
You are an experienced process engineer with more than 10 years of relevant experience from large and complex projects, preferably within the offshore or energy sector. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline and have a strong track record of contributing in early project phases, where your understanding of cost, schedule, and execution enables sound technical and commercial decisions.
You are comfortable working in front-end and concept development environments and have experience delivering solutions that meet both regulatory and operator-specific requirements. You are familiar with relevant standards and guidelines such as NORSOK P-002, Equinor and other major operators’ technical requirements, DNV-OS-E201, API 520/521, API 610, API RP 14C/E, and applicable ASME codes for pressure vessel design.
As a person, you are a systems thinker who can simplify complex challenges and turn them into practical, executable solutions. You demonstrate strong drive and execution power, delivering measurable results while maintaining a clear focus on priorities. You communicate clearly and motivational with both clients and project teams and are commercially aware in your decision-making.
You are curious, quick to learn, and take responsibility for your own development as well as contributing actively to the growth and performance of the team.
