About the role
This is a regional Compensation & Benefits position with ownership across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, responsible for executing reward strategies aligned to global frameworks while adapting to local market conditions and legislation. The role covers the full reward lifecycle – annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, pay equity, cost modelling, promotions, and governance of all compensation elements, while acting as a key advisor to stakeholders through data-driven insights and market intelligence. 

About you
You bring 5 to 7+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits within a large, global environment, with strong technical capability across benchmarking, analytics, and reward program design. You’re highly proficient in Excel and HR systems, well-versed in U.S. and Canadian labor legislation (FLSA, EPA, ADA, etc.), and comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, finance, and legal teams. Critically, you combine analytical depth with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior level.
